The Reiki Level I course is an introduction to Usui Ryoho Reiki that encompasses self-treatment, the history and principles of Reiki, the Chakra system, Reiki treatment—giving and receiving, and receiving a Level 1 Reiki Attunement. This level will give you an awareness and understanding of life force energy, and how to harness Reiki energy through breathing, visualization, meditation and the Reiki attunement.
